À la carte, fondue and raclette

Hand-carved armchairs. Embroidered upholstery. Lovingly framed portraits from days gone by. It’s traditional – and exceedingly cosy. All of which makes the Alte Walserstube a delightful setting for an enjoyable lunch of Austrian specialities or an unforgettable evening of sophisticated fondue creations or raclette. Guests enjoy the relaxed and warm atmosphere, the decorated tables and high standards of fine dining and culinary art. Ski wear at lunch is just as welcome as elegant formal attire late into the evening. Bathed in candlelight, the old wooden parlours have a special charm, and the attentiveness of the host, Christof Klimmer, leaves a lasting impression. Non-hotel guests are also very welcome to join.

7 – 10 pm (fondue only)


With only 10 tables, reservations are strongly recommended. To guarantee the high quality of our fondues, please make your selection before 20:00 on the day before your reservation.
