The Stube at the Hotel Arlberg has become somewhat of an institution in Lech and visiting its host Willi should not be missed during your holidays. For lunch, the kitchen brigade spoils you with traditional local dishes and in the evening you can choose from nine sophisticated fondue creations or raclette. In addition to classics like Bourguignonne or Chinoise, you should definitely try the Asian fondue – our version of the hot pot or the exclusive fondue royal with thinly sliced Wagyu beef. And let’s not forget about the all-time favourite – our organic cheese fondue made completely without alcohol.

Separate private dining rooms can accommodate up to 70 guests and are perfect for private events and celebrations.
