If you feel like you need a break, a retreat far from everything may help you get back on track. Guests are invited to be pampered from head to toe and to enjoy a combination of wellness and physical well-being. Being present, focusing on only yourself and feel your own energy again. This is the goal of our yoga retreat. Every morning and afternoon, our certified Pilates instructor and yoga teacher Judith Grabher will practice yoga with participants, helping them to balance body and mind. It’s not just the physical exercises - it's all about your own needs and spending time around the beautiful landscapes of Lech.
The retreat includes daily breakfast and 5-course menus as well as a spa voucher of 100 EUR. In addition, guided mountain hikes are also included. Maximum number of participants are 10-12 guests.
Judith Grabher practices yoga, pilates and meditation in her own yoga studio in Lustenau, Vorarlberg. She guides her participants to inner peace and harmony through movements and careful guidance. Both women and men as well as teenagers appreciate her perceptive and calm nature and the gift of finding the right words at the right time. She has been oganizing yoga retreats at the hotel for several years now.
Apart from the daily sessions in yoga and meditation, participants have a lot of time to enjoy our renewed spa and wellness facilities. Specifically developed colour concepts and natural surfaces enhance phases of rest and recuperation. All participants receive a spa voucher, to be used for one of our holistic wellness treatments.
