Train individually or with one of our professional coaches and nutritional specialists upon request. Direct mountain views and generous daylight as well as fresh fruits to enhance the experience.

Yoga & Stretching

Both skiing and hiking is demanding for muscles and joints. This is why it is important to follow mountain explorations with stretching in our yoga room. Join our complimentary summer classes of Antara every thursday morning - a mix of powerful core and stretching exercises. Or reserve yourself a spot at our yearly yoga week in August.
