According to the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) with the exception of § 5.7 and 5.8. and the following cancellation policies.

Summer low season:

The cancellation is free of charge 2 days prior to the date of arrival. After this time we charge 90% of the total room rate as cancellation fee within two days of date of arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows and early departures will be charged 90% of the total room rate.

Summer high season:

The cancellation is free of charge 1 week or more prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations within 7 - 2 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total room rate. Cancellations made within 48 hours, no-shows or early departures will be charged 90% of the total room rate.

Winter high season:

The cancellation is free of charge 2 months or more prior to the date of arrival. After this time and 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total room rate. Cancellations made within one month, no-shows or early departures will be charged 90% of the total room rate.

Winter low season:

The cancellation is free of charge 4 weeks or more prior to the date of arrival. After this time and 2 weeks prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total room rate. Cancellations made within two weeks, no-shows or early departures will be charged 90% of the total room rate.

Your room is available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until 11 am on the day of your departure.

We may be able to offer a late check-out based upon our daily availabilities. If you would like to stay in your room a little longer und use the spa facilities or our restaurants the following surcharge per room applies: € 165.- until 2 p.m. Uhr, € 275.- until 4 p.m. and half the daily rate until 6 p.m.

If you would like to extend your holiday with an extended spa-stay and without the room, we offer you a late check out at € 30.00 per adult.

Rates quoted on website are per room and day including half board (breakfast and dinner), VAT, and the use of the hotels spa. Not included is local tax of Euro 3,20 per person and day.

Depending on the reserved category, children can be accomodated on an extra-bed within the parents room. The following fees apply:

0 - 3 years - € 65,00 per day
3 - 6 years - € 85,00 per day
6 - 15 years - € 125,00 per day
15 and older - € 215,00 per day

Upon request, pets are allowed in the entire hotel, except at the spa and restaurants. An additional cleaning fee of € 30,00 per day will be applied.

Wir verfügen über eine eigene, videoüberwachte Tiefgarage im Haus, die bequem zu erreichen ist. Ebenso enthalten sind zwei 11Kw Ladesäulen für Ihr Elektroauto (kostenpflichtig).

Wir weisen Sie darauf hin, dass bei Direktbuchungen über unsere Website, per e-mail oder Telefon das Parken gratis ist. Bei allen externen Buchungen wird eine Gebühr von 25 EUR/Nacht pro Fahrzeug verrechnet.
