Chef Patrick Tober skillfully combines Mediterranean with Alpine, refining local with international – and has been doing so for years and at a consistently high level. The Brasato literally melts in your mouth, consisting of beef fillet and beef cheeks with pearl barley risotto and a fermented blackberry. The coffee tiramisu with coffee caviar is French patisserie art and is pleasantly not too sweet. The service acts confidently, friendly and extremely competent. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired, and you can completely rely on the recommended wine pairing.
It must be grande amore, that connects Patrick Tober with the Mediterranean kitchen. Gourmets will feel that with every bite - unobtrusive luxury and warm service. Dolce vita in the middle of the mountains.
The first time we stumbled on this place we were just expecting Italian food and both ended up saying it was one of the best meal of our lives, including the unbelievable Austrian Chardonnay. The ingredients were fantastically matched and the overall standard was exceptional. The staff were also just amazing - so personable and excited about our enthusiasm for their food
