The Brasato literally melts in your mouth, consisting of beef fillet and beef cheeks with pearl barley risotto and a fermented blackberry. The coffee tiramisu with coffee caviar is French patisserie art and is pleasantly not too sweet. The service acts confidently, friendly and extremely competent. The wine list leaves nothing to be desired, and you can completely rely on the recommended wine pairing.
