Stammhaus and Jagdhof – everything under one roof
While the rooms in the Stammhaus are thoroughly modern, and some have even won the prestigious German Design Award, the much-loved Jagdhof has a hunting aesthetic – a tribute to our grandfather Johann Schneider, who was an experienced hunter. This fascinating duality in design is reflected in the overall character of the hotel: a harmonious unity of past and present with a joyful and open view to the future.

Cancellation conditions
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply, with the exception of § 5.7 and 5.8 and with the following seasonal deviations:
Summer low season: There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 2 days before the booked arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date, no-shows or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total package price.
Summer high season: There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 7 days before the booked arrival date. 7 – 2 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the total stay. In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date, no-shows or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total package price.
Winter high season: For cancellations up to 3 months before the booked arrival date there is no cancellation fee, between 3 months and 6 weeks before arrival 50% of the total package price. In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival date, no-shows or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total package price.
Winter low season: For cancellations up to 10 weeks before the booked arrival date there is no cancellation fee, between 10 weeks and 5 before arrival, 50% of the total package price. In the event of cancellation within 5 weeks of the arrival date, no-shows or early departure, we will charge 90% of the total package price.
Arrival and Departure
Your room is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival until 11.00 am on the day of departure.
Late Check-Out
Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability. The costs for this are €165.00 per room up to 2.00 pm, €275.00 up to 4.00 pm, and half a room rate up to 6.00 pm.
Alternatively, we also offer you an extended spa stay without a room (€30.00 per adult). Here you have all-day use of the wellness area included on the day of departure.

Prices
All room prices include half board, unless otherwise booked, parking in the hotel’s own underground car park, Wi-Fi, use of the spa, service and 10% VAT. There is also local tax of €3.20 per person per day.
Children
Depending on the room category and only on request, children can be accommodated in their parents’ room in an extra bed. The additional costs (accommodation and board) are calculated as follows:
0 – 3 years – €65.00 per day
3 – 6 years – €85.00 per day
6 –15 years – €125.00 per day
15 and older – €215.00 per day
Pets
Pets are allowed throughout the hotel, except in the spa and the half-board restaurant. We kindly ask you to keep your dogs on a lead in the hotel at all times, and we reserve the right to expel a guest from our hotel in the event of non-compliance with the house rules, damage and soiling in the room. An additional cleaning fee of €30.00 per day will be charged.
Parking and Charging Stations
We have our own video-monitored underground car park in the building, which is easy to reach. Also included are two 11 kW charging points for your electric car (subject to a charge).
We would like to point out that parking is free for direct bookings via our website, e-mail or telephone. A fee of €25.00/night per vehicle will be charged for all external bookings.
