We are finally back! After an unwanted break of seven months, our hotel is finally reopening on June 2nd 2021 for an unforgettable summer season. We have of course taken all precautions for you to enjoy relaxed and stress-free holidays in the mountains.
We took advantage of this long intermezzo to rethink our summer offers. Our goal is to bring you the essence, the beautiful adventures and the best possible service our Arlberg has to offer. And on top, we have have adjusted our free cancellation policy to 48 hours prior to arrival so you can finally start planning your next summer getaway with us.
Certificate to enter
In order to become a guest (hotel & restaurant), you will be required to either present a negative test result (PCR test not older than 72 hours or antigen test not older than 48 hours), be vaccinated (only valid 2 days after full vaccination) or have recovered from COVID-19.
For stays longer than two days, each guests must carry out a supervised self-test after 48hrs
Masks
Once we have varified your certificate to enter, you will not be required to wear your mask anymore.
Starting May 19th, Austria will follow the ECDC map for risk areas.
All of our facilities will be open, including our breakfast buffet, restaurants and the wellness areas. New adjustments for example a necessary distance of 2 meters to other tables, or a maximum number of guests per sauna have of course been taken into consideration.
What to discover
We had the most perfect 5 nights. Our room was delightful, service at the hotel so friendly and efficient. Pool and Spa luxurious. We loved relaxing on the sun deck after our long walks in the mountains. Our two dogs loved the attention they got by all the friendly staff. Can't wait to come back. August 2020
As a well-travelled family, we count the Arlberg into our favourite destinations and this hotel is entering our top-10. Well-refurbished rooms, friendly atmosphere, and even on silver days with rain and clouds, a joy to stay in. We appreciated the flexibility (our kids walking in from a 4 day trip in the mountains) and the conviviality (the hotel owners setting up their shop themselves). This was our first stay here and we loved it! From check-in to check-out to everything in between, the renowned Austrian hospitality came shining through (and then some!). We stayed in one of the Jagdhof suites which was modern and beautifully designed with an amazing bathroom. The chambermaid came by a few times a day to keep it looking fresh and clean.

The Vorarlberg State Tourist Board has conclude a Covid-19 cancellation insurance for all guest bookings in Vorarlberg with arrival until 31 October 2021.
This means:
Your holiday is insured both in the event of illness and in the
event of an officially ordered quarantine. You and the family members
living in your household are covered.
