"Why can’t a salmon trout always be as tender! Show us where there is a better carpaccio of scallops with Zwyer Caviar and Salsiccia? How can the signature dish, wild turbot with langostinos with a fantastic Risotto and Calamansi carrots be always so wonderfully balanced? Chef Patrick Tober thrills his guests with Italian classics and his “there's-something-special-about-it-style. "
The first time we stumbled on this place we were just expecting Italian food and both ended up saying it was one of the best meal of our lives, including the unbelievable Austrian Chardonnay. The ingredients were fantastically matched and the overall standard was exceptional. The staff were also just amazing - so personable and excited about our enthusiasm for their food
